Product List: Raw milk Gouda cheese: plain; with cumin seed; washed rind with hard cider. Aged a minimum of 60 days.
Animals: 40-45 Holsteins, grazed on a rotational system; no growth or other hormones used.
Other information: The farm is a bicentennial farm, in the family for over 200 years now.

Cheese availability: at farmstand, seasonally, and varied places in the Delhi area
