Product List: a northern Italian alpine style cheese of our own design called Toma Celena; a rich bloomy rind cheese called Toma con Brio; a raw milk cheese from 100% grass fed Jersey cows called Jersey Girl; and fresh products such as curds, ricotta and farmer's cheese.
Animals: All of our Toma brand cheeses use hormone free milk from Lester Tyler’s Sunny Acres Farm. The cows are Brown Swiss, which give milk that is high in butterfat and used by the traditional cheese makers in Italy who developed the cheeses centuries ago. Lester’s Brown Swiss are nationally acclaimed and recognized.
Other information: We pride ourselves on the care and attention we put into making and developing our cheeses. We are passionate about cheese making and plan to expand our cheese repertoire to include all of our particular favorites as well as the favorites of our customers.

We also have a retail store on site where we sell as many New York State artisan cheeses as we can because we like to promote other cheese makers.

We give a unique cheese making workshop where people can participate in commercial yet small batch cheese making that we adapt to home cheese making. Please call us for more information and reservations.
