Product List:	Cheese products: a variety of aged cheeses: gouda with chives, herbes de Provence, chiles, onion & garlic, cheddar with wasabe, Italian herbs. Also, brick, colby, camembert, blue cheese and feta. Additional dairy product: gelato made from jersey milk.

Other information:	My cheese is sold predominantly at the farm store, Tuesday - Sunday. Available also at The Statler Hotel (Cornell U.), Red Newt Winery & Bistro, Sheldrake Point Winery and The Stonecat Restaurant in Hector, NY, Glenora Winery.
