Product List:	Pasteurized goat’s milk cheese including chevre, feta, Caerphilly, semi-soft basket cheese and aged cheese
Animals:	40 Alpine goats
Other information:	In addition to cheese, the goat business also produces breeding stock for sale/herd improvement and kids to be raised for meat to provide for specialty markets. The farm also produces pork (raised on goat's milk), poultry, beef, and fresh eggs. These products, along with other small farm produced products, are available at our farm store.
